- 2 lbs bag of frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of pepper
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint of sour cream
- 10 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2-3 cups of crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Thaw hash browns.
- Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into a greased large casserole baking dish.
- Sprinkle on toppings.
- Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
