Party Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs bag of frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 10 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
Topping
  • 2-3 cups of crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter.

Directions:
  1. Thaw hash browns.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour into a greased large casserole baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle on toppings.
  5. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
