California Turkey Salad Tortillas

  • 3 c fully cooked turkey breast, diced
  • 1 c fat free French dressing
  • 1 1/2 T chives, minced
  • 1 T lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 T prepared horseradish
  • 1 lb packaged salad
  • 1/4 c bottled real bacon pieces
  • 4 flour tortillas or spinach flavored tortilla wraps
  1. Combine turkey and next 4 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate 10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  4. Add lettuce and bacon pieces and toss gently.
  5. Spread mixture over center third of each tortilla. Fold tortillas, enclosing mixture to make a packet.
