A great recipe for leftover ham
Ingredients
- 8 oz wide egg noodles, broken up.
- 2-3 c cooked, diced ham
- 1 c half and half
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T melted butter
- Cook and drain the noodles ( under cook a little)
- Combine noodles with diced ham.
- Place in buttered baking dish.
- Whisk together half and half and eggs. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour over ham and noodles.
- Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
