Ham Casserole

A great recipe for leftover ham

Ingredients
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles, broken up.
  • 2-3 c cooked, diced ham
  • 1 c half and half
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T melted butter
Directions
  1. Cook and drain the noodles ( under cook a little)
  2. Combine noodles with diced ham.
  3. Place in buttered baking dish.
  4. Whisk together half and half and eggs. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over ham and noodles.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with melted butter.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
