Almond Bark Cranberries and Pistachio


  • Almond Bark
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Pistachio Nuts

  1. Using a double boiler, add water to the bottom pot.  Add a few almond bark squares to the top pot.  Stir every now and then to prevent burning.  
  2. Once almond bark is melted pour onto parchment paper and spread into a rectangle.
  3. Add the dried cranberries here and there.
  4. Add pistachio nuts here and there.
  5. Once the almond bark had dried, cut the almond bark into squares.
