Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bag of baby carrots (16 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme leaves 
Directions:
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, honey, brown sugar, dill and thyme.  Gently toss to combine.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
